Tech and Poetry

Software engineer and writer mapping the space between code, poetry, and speculative technology.

Scorned

Scorned by the one who tried to save

Underneath the warn sun lay the beating ice

Screaming until the ice shattered, tearing you apart

Then torn apart by the blood fearing the law

Trying to turn cold, can’t help feeling the pain

Dreaming of a release – fearing the self-obsession

How can you breath when there is no space around you

How can you dream with just fear within you

When can it end when will life live again?

The world keeps on turning with this feeling still burning,

Feeling desperation for the ones you know care

Fearing they are being hated by the delusional saviour

Living in an unknown world, no knowing what is truth

Lies are becoming true, changing those who you love

Fear takes control of you becoming your reality

Beating this disillusion, not knowing where to turn

Despised, rejected through the blood freezing in your veins

Taking control of the reality that does not exist

Falling victim to a delusion of their perfect existence
